This is a Clymene Moth, or Haploa Clymene. Clymene moths are boldly patterned tiger moths, in the family arctiidae. They are medium sized to small moths, with a wingspan of 4-5.5 centimeters.

Clymene Moths feed on oaks, peach, and willow trees.
